In addition to field support, members of the Pure Laundry organization are committed to providing the following essential services:

Operational Support: Pure Laundry Management offers comprehensive training and ongoing support in key areas critical to the success of franchisees. This includes unit operations and maintenance, customer service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.

Site Selection: Prior to approving a site for a Pure Laundry outlet, Management provides franchisees with clear guidelines for selecting a suitable location. Franchisees are required to adhere to these instructions to ensure the identification of an appropriate site.

Marketing Support: Pure Laundry Management coordinates the development of advertising materials and strategies for the benefit of all franchise network members. Additionally, it supplies franchisees with consumer marketing plans and materials for local or regional use. Management retains the right to approve all local advertising materials developed by franchisees.

Purchasing: Pure Laundry Management or its affiliate negotiates quantity discounts on behalf of all members, passing some or all of these savings on to franchisees whenever possible.

Accounting-Audit-Legal: This department, reporting directly to administration, is responsible for the financial and legal oversight of franchisees.

Internal Support: An internal support department encompasses training, purchasing, franchisee communications, and research and development, providing assistance and guidance to franchisees.

Ongoing Research and Development: Pure Laundry Management continues to research methods and techniques for franchise operations, including purchasing and promotional schemes, aimed at enhancing unit-level profitability.

We have developed a comprehensive set of services to ensure the smooth management and operation of the Pure Laundry franchise. These services include:

• Exclusive License: Franchisees receive an exclusive license to use the Pure Laundry trademarks, trade dress, marketing, and operational systems within their franchised territory.

• Location Assistance: We provide assistance in selecting suitable locations for franchise units, along with construction specifications and guidance during the construction process.

• Equipment and Furniture Supply: Assistance is offered in selecting and supplying equipment and furniture for franchise units, tailored to specific requirements and location needs.

• Pre-Operational Support: Franchisees receive support and guidance during the pre-operational stage, including training for staff and preparation of marketing campaigns.

• Operations and Management Manuals: Comprehensive manuals are provided to guide franchisees in the day-to-day operations and management of their franchise units.

• Training Program: Our franchise training program consists of two phases. Phase I involves 2 to 4 weeks of training at Pure Laundry headquarters or a designated location, covering administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters. Phase II provides on-site training for 5 to 7 days to assist with the commencement of operations.

• Permanent Support: Franchisees benefit from ongoing support and assistance from Pure Laundry, including permanent marketing assistance, signage, branding elements, and operational guidance.

• Franchise Agreement Duration: The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is ten years, with the option for renewal for two additional terms of five years each, subject to compliance with the agreement's provisions.

For aspiring entrepreneurs looking to venture into the laundry business, Pure Laundry offers an enticing franchise opportunity. The initial franchise fee for a single unit stands at USD 29,400, catering to individual start-ups. Alternatively, for those interested in broader expansion, the Area Development agreement presents an attractive option. The franchise fee for 10 units under this agreement is USD 161,700, with an additional USD 14,700 franchise fee for each subsequent unit (units 2 to 9).

The establishment of a Central Plant, a prerequisite for both individual and area development units, commences at USD 136,000 as the franchise fee for PureLaundry's plant.

Franchisees are required to pay a royalty fee of 6% of gross sales on a monthly basis. This fee grants access to utilize the PureLaundry service mark, along with access to our distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development, counseling, and other franchisee benefits.

When it comes to advertising and marketing, franchisees must allocate a minimum of 2% of gross sales per month for local advertising. Moreover, franchisees may also be asked to contribute up to 1% of monthly gross sales to a Marketing Fund, if one is established.

While we welcome a diverse range of franchisee profiles, we particularly value individuals with a strong desire to succeed and a knack for attention to detail. While prior experience in related sectors such as food & beverage or hospitality is advantageous, it is not deemed mandatory.
